Health Quest Solutions Incorporated mission is to promote and increase awareness of the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle by better educating children and families.

Nikki Conley is the founder and President of Health Quest Solutions, Incorporated. She is a wife, mother, and a passionate advocate for youth sports and physical fitness programs.

While growing up in Atlanta, Georgia, she participated in many sports and
activities through DeKalb County Parks and Recreation. She also had an excellent physical education teacher who taught her the importance of living a healthy lifestyle while also having great fun in class. Ms. Teresa Allen planted the seed that grew into Nikki’s passion for sports and great health and fitness programs.

At a young age, Nikki learned the value of being active and giving back to her
community. As a junior in high school, she coached an all-girls twelve and under
basketball team at Gresham Park Recreation Center. Her team went on to win the Summer League Championship during her first year as a coach.

After high school, Nikki attended Fort Valley State University on a full basketball
scholarship. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Physical
Education. She also earned a Masters of Public Health from the University of
South Carolina. After graduate school, Nikki taught health and physical education in Atlanta Public Schools for eleven years. During that time, she was awarded the Coca-Cola Coach of the Year Award and served as the wellness coordinator for South Atlanta Educational Complex. She also worked as a GIFT (Georgia Intern Fellowship for Teachers) Scholar at Georgia Tech Center for Education Computing and Mathematics. In that position, she wrote health curriculum for teachers to use for student instruction.

Nikki moved to Pooler, Georgia in 2013 and started working for the Georgia
Army National Guard as a behavior health specialist. She assisted our nation’s
military personnel who were in need of behavior health services. She and her
husband, Rod, volunteer at the Pooler Recreation Center as youth basketball
coaches. Nikki currently serves as a health and physical education teacher at West Chatham Middle School. She is also the head boy’s basketball coach at the middle school.

Nikki, her husband and her two children enjoy playing sports and being physically active. She also enjoys travelling with family and friends. As the newest member of the Pooler Chamber of Commerce, Nikki is excited to continue her passion as an advocate for youth sports and physical fitness.
