Sponsorship Agreements are signed upon commitment. Invoices are sent 120 days prior to the event and must be paid 60 days prior to the event. All sponsorships levels are non-exclusive per industry. Presenting Sponsors will have the right of first acceptance the following year. The tentative months of each of the events are listed within sponsorship.

St. Patrick’s Day Festival and Shuttles
Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with ease and get to the parade safely and conveniently with our roundtrip, all-day shuttle service. For one price, visitors and residents can ride all day long with us and embark on a journey of celebration and merriment! Our shuttle service runs from morning until night, allowing visitors and residents to spend the whole day experiencing all the festivities without worrying about transportation. With one price they can ride all day long, so you don't have to worry about finding parking or paying for rides multiple times throughout the day. Plus, a Festival with multiple vendors, food trucks and an adult libations tent. In 2023 we carried 2500+ shuttle riders with only 15 buses. This year we have secured 20 buses!

Additionally, the Greater Pooler Area Chamber of Commerce recognizes, by way of donations, non-profit organizations in the community. These funds come in large part from the proceeds of our events.
